Marc and Lisa were amazing. They fixed my broken watch recently in quick time. I’ve gone to them for many different things including watches, fixing broken necklaces, and buying jewelry. My whole family has gone to Artistic Jewelers on multiple occasions whether it was to buy jewelry or get something fixed, and every time they were very attentive and got our jewelry back to us fast. I highly recommend coming to Artistic Jewelers for any jewelry needs.

Lisa ,the owner went over and beyond. I'm out of state and it was like I was in the store shopping. I needed a gift for a childhood friend and Lisa came through. Responded to my text messages in a timely manner, Lou and employee printed out the cutest card. She sent me pictures of the finished product before mailing it. Thank you Artistic Jewelers for another great experience

I will only shop at Artistic Jewelers. HONESTLY the best out there. They have been my Go To since I moved to Farmingdale in 1990. Honest, Fair and the selection is Outstanding.

I purchased a watch and ring for my wife. They also were able to fix my father's watch which nobody else was able to do. Very happy with the service and the staff there is very helpful and knowledgeable. i highly recommend this location for your jewelry needs.

Lisa and her staff are incredible !! They have the most beautiful jewelry. They assisted my husband in purchasing the most Stunning diamond heart pendant necklace for Christmas, which he gave me already. They helped me with multiple repairs on my jewelry I had gotten from my mother that was over 50 years old . They do not disappoint ! Go there !!

Where to begin!!! Lisa and her staff were friendly and very helpful with my purchase of an anniversary gift for my wife. I got referred to artistic jewelers from a friend who recently purchased from them. Boy am i glad i didn’t go with a big box store. Lisa didn’t pressure me into buying anything that was out of my price range and the quality is amazing!!!

Had the best experience at Artistic Jewelers in Farmingdale! I stopped in to see if I could find a special gift for my friend’s 40th birthday and not only did I find the most beautiful necklace with her birthstone and diamonds but they cleaned my jewelry for FREE while I was shopping. Not just one item but my necklace, earrings and my rings! They were shinning like the day I got them when I got them back. I found the perfect gift and they wrapped it for me! Everyone working there is so nice and very helpful. I will definitely be back!

My friend purchased a beautiful necklace for me from Artistic Jewelers as a gift. The delicate chain had a small clasp that was hard for me to open with my clumsy fingers. When I went to the shop, Lisa was so helpful, letting me try the different sized clasps while also taking into account how the weight of the clasp could cause the necklace to turn. After selecting the perfect clasp, I was able to have it changed for FREE while I waited. Such an easy, pleasant experience!

I’m writing this review a little late. I purchased an engagement ring from artistic jewelers from Kay. She was a sweetheart that cares about her customers and treats you like family. The whole staff there were extremely nice. I highly recommend this jewelry store for anybody buying any type of jewelry. They are Extremely knowledgeable and the prices are great. Thank you again
